Shipping Policy

All AXOGLASS products are custom-made after your order is placed. Each item is made using the image or design submitted by the customer.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following countries: United States, Canada, and Singapore.

We are currently unable to ship to countries or regions not listed above.

Processing Time

Most custom products are made within 10 business days after your order and image file are confirmed.

During busy seasons or for complex custom orders, production may take slightly longer. If there is any major delay, we will contact you by email.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time after shipment:

United States: 7–12 business days

Canada: 7–12 business days

Singapore: 7–12 business days

Total estimated delivery time, including production and shipping, is usually 10–17 business days after order confirmation.

Delivery times may vary due to holidays, weather, customs inspection, carrier delays, address issues, or other unexpected situations outside our control.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping to the United States, Canada, and Singapore.

No extra standard shipping fee will be charged at checkout unless otherwise clearly stated.

Duties and Taxes

For orders shipped to the United States, Canada, and Singapore, applicable import duties and taxes are covered by AXOGLASS where required.

Customers will not be charged additional customs duties by AXOGLASS after checkout.

If you receive an unexpected customs or carrier fee request related to your AXOGLASS order, please contact us before making any payment.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Tracking information may take a few days to update after the package has been handed to the carrier.

Order Changes or Cancellation

If you need to change your image, shipping address, or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours after placing the order.

Because each product is custom-made, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has started.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, defective, or has a verified production issue, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
