The image quality, file resolution, cropping, and submitted order details are suitable for production.

Because each product is custom-made, the final result depends partly on the quality and accuracy of the image or design file provided by the customer.

We may make slight cropping, positioning, or layout adjustments to help fit the image to the selected product size. These adjustments are made to improve production quality and product appearance.

5. License to Use Uploaded Content

By uploading or submitting an image, photo, artwork, logo, or design file, you grant AXOGLASS a limited license to use that content only for preparing, producing, fulfilling, and supporting your custom order.

This license allows us to review your file, prepare it for production, print it on your selected product, provide customer support, handle remake requests, and resolve order-related issues.

We do not claim ownership of your uploaded content.

We do not sell your uploaded images or design files.

6. Refusal or Cancellation of Custom Orders

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or request changes to any order that contains content we believe may be illegal, harmful, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, infringing, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate.

If an order is refused or canceled before production due to content concerns, we will review the situation and provide an appropriate solution according to the order status.
